Covid-19 Rules
Before pre-registering, please review the World of Desolation LARP COVID-19 procedures that are in effect until further notice. It is the players' responsibility to stay up to date with the COVID information and know whether they are able to come to game - there are no refunds.

Anyone that is willfully not following the procedures will be asked to leave the camp immediately. They will no longer be able to participate at World of Desolation LARP.

Pre-Registration
​
Players may, and should, register for an Event in advance on the World of Desolation website. Players will be able to pre-register as an NPC or PC, select a preferred NPC shift, and pay for an Event in advance, or choose to use their Free Event voucher if a slot is still available. Players who pre-register will receive a +1 bonus to a character’s pool of their choice for the Event they pre-registered for. Pre-registration is typically locked 1 week before the Event.

To get to Camp Somers continue straight, all the way up to parking lot. Registration will be in the the first building on the right, directly across from parking lot.

To get to Camp Wheeler take the first right and follow the road for one mile. Registration will be in the NPC Cabin – the first building next to the parking lot.

The Camps
​
Attendees may arrive at camp any time after 5 pm on Friday of an Event. The Logistics Team will run Check-In in the Great Hall or Logistics Lodge.

Camp Somers: Follow the camp road straight, all the way till you see a large parking lot to your Left. The Great Hall will be the first building on your Right, across from the parking lot.

Camp Wheeler: After turning onto the camp road, make your first Right, then follow the road for about 1 mile. The road will open into a large parking lot. NPC Cabin will be the first cabin on the right, connected to the parking lot. Check-In is usually at NPC Cabin on Camp Wheeler.”
